What happens to your documents.

    You choose what goes in

    Upload documents relevant to your tax records. Files are stored securely and used to organise your tax profile, as the app reminds you on every upload.

    You check before anything is saved

    Review what the AI pulled out - supplier, date, amount - before a record is created.

  3. 03

    Every categorisation is logged

    So you can show where each deduction came from if SARS comes asking.

  4. 04

    Data is kept only as long as needed

    Account information is kept for the life of your account plus up to 24 months after closure. Website analytics and server logs are kept for up to 24 months. Full details are in the POPIA & Privacy Policy.

    Your rights under POPIA

    You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us. Email support@mali-xtax.com.
